Happy Friday everyone! Here are three travel bites of the week:
1. Want to join the blog hop? Global Bloggers Network and Contiki Tours are partnering to bring you the first Blog Hop Contest. Participants can go on an online scavenger hunt through 6 independent travel blogs to answer questions on their play cards all for the chance to win cash prizes, travel gear, and much more. 2. Another contest here, especially for you photography lovers. National Geographic and Photo District News are hosting their annual Great Outdoors Photography Contest. Amateurs and professionals alike can enter their photos into a variety of categories for a small fee. The prizes are 7-night stays at amazing resorts with bonus perks but hurry to the site fast because the deadline for entries is April 26th, 2010.
3.We should all be unbelievably proud of and inspired by Jeannie from Nomadic Chick. She has had a tough week getting laid off but has truly made the best out of the situation by deciding to go on a round-the-world trip. She made such a big decision this week so go to her blog to read about her thought process and give her a high-five!
